This Faction is made up of those who value knowledge, and it's pursuit, acquisition, and preservation. A multitude of minds can be found debating various philosophy, working on a magic thesis, or honing their works using the information contained within the vast archives. The archives are displayed in the castle library and bost the combined collection of all who have pledged to the Scholars Guild. The cost of using the numerous informative resources, is to contribute your work to the Grand Archive.

 

The Faction does not discriminate against academics who pursue the darker or more taboo arts, as knowledge is merely a tool. How one wields it is up to them.

 

Despite this approach, the Guild of Scholars does keep the more dangerous and questionable items within "The Vault", a heavily warded archive that serves the Scholar's secondary purpose, containment of sensitive and potentially dangerous items.

 

From seemingly mundane artifacts and faded tapestries, to cursed statues and antiquated relics of faith from ages past, The Scholars Guild is dedicated to the acquisition and preservation of knowledge.
