Upon paying a rent box for a room or a house, you agree to the following rules:

1. Your prim limit is your prim limit. Do not go over it.

 

Your prim limit is your prim limit. Please stay within the limit. Sharing a singular rental with other players is permissible as subtenant. Sharing prim space with another player in a separate rental is not permissible (ex: A rents 50 prims and B rents 50 prims, and A maxes out, B cannot allow A to use their left over prims).

 

2. Please ensure sure all items you rez are in keeping with the time and theme of the medieval fantasy sim. Sounds and particle emitters are forbidden as they can be noticed outside of the rental. (If you are unsure contact a Rizali Staff). Items rezzed outside of your rental should be minimal and the spirit of this allowance is to offer household banners and some seating to be rezzed. Excessive decor or items that detract from the overall aesthetic of the sim will be removed (this includes pets/animals, statues, and ooc decor). If you are unsure please contact Rizali Staff.

 

3. The following are prohibited from Rizali Sim Rentals: chat spammers, tip jars, or scanners. Please limit script heavy items or animated items such as animals or machines. Floating text to warn of traps or enchantments is allowed with permission from Rizali Staff.

 

4. Respect the privacy of other people's homes, even if you yourself do not rent.

 

5. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and the Rizali Staff reserve the right to elect not to provide a renter their refund for any reason. An unpaid rental will be kept for 72 more hours, after that, the tenant will be evicted and prims will be returned.. 

 

6. Staff reserves the right to return any or all of your belongings at any point for breaking any of the above rules. Auto return is enabled, Rizali Staff is not responsible for the loss of no-copy items.

 

7.  Should your time run out, your rental box will allow another player to rent the spot, therefore, should it run out and another player rent it, staff will return your items ASAP.

8. Rentals are one per player

 

Admins reserve the right to :  

• To return anything too heavy in script usage.

• To return anything that disrupts the environment outside your rental.

• To return anything that doesn't fit the theme of the Rizali build.

2L per Prim (examples):

Rentals come in several sizes and are not available for upgrades at this time. Each space has been given an allotment of prims that we hope are a fair decor level.

XS - 50 Prim = 100 L per week

S - 75 Prim = 150L per week

M - 100 Prims = 200L per week

L - 125 Prims = 250L per week

XL - 150 Prims = 300L per week

 

[LANDING ZONE/VENDOR GUIDELINES] The stalls in the landing zone are for players and non-players that would like to sell items within the scope and theme/aesthetic of the sim. Low lag vendors are permitted, however simple object-sell placement is preferred. No holos, flashing lights, particles, floating text or overtly large signs are permitted. Vendors -must- fit into the theme of the build.

[LAND GROUP] When renting on the SIM, you will be invited to join the land group: Odelia Land Group. Please use this group to rez your items, as prim clean up is frequently done on all regions. Additional renters using your space will need to be added to the group separately. Please contact a member of administration to have them added to the group.
